From First Inquiry to Cast-Off
We’ve refined the event-planning process across 200+ private events. Here’s exactly what to expect once you decide to host on water.
Discovery Call
30-minute WhatsApp or video call with our event lead, Putu. We discuss guest count, date window, vibe, dietary needs, and budget. Most calls happen 8–12 weeks before the target date.
Vessel Match
Within 48 hours of the discovery call, we send 2–3 vessel options with photos, deck plans, and capacity notes. Decision typically made within a week.
Production Brief
Once vessel is locked, our event team coordinates catering, sound, decor, photo, and any custom requests. You approve via shared planning doc. Final brief locked 14 days before event.
Event Day
Production team arrives at the boat 4 hours before guests. We coordinate vendor load-in, do a sound check, prep the deck setup. Captain briefs the crew. You arrive with your guests and step aboard.
Post-Event Follow-Up
Photos and videos delivered within 14 days. We invoice for any consumption-based add-ons (extra alcohol, late-night food). Net-30 settlement.

Wedding Welcome Reception — 80 Guests
Welcome reception for international wedding guests the night before the main wedding. 3-hour sunset cruise with passed canapés, signature cocktails, DJ. Coordinated with the wedding planner who handled the next-day ceremony. Event budget: IDR 195M.

The Bali sunset cruise proposal: 4pm departure, photographer briefed in advance, signature canapés, champagne service, secret moment cued by the captain at golden hour. Milestone Birthday — 50+ Guests
5-hour evening charter on a 50m phinisi for 50–60 guests. Live acoustic act for first hour, DJ for the next two, sit-down dinner staged on aft deck, sparkler send-off back to Benoa Harbor. From IDR 145M all-in.
Founder Offsite — 2 Days at Sea
Two-day private charter for executive teams of 12–18. Day 1: morning workshop in saloon, lunch on deck, afternoon strategy in anchored bays. Day 2: leadership session at sunrise, sail back to Bali by lunch. From IDR 220M for 2 nights.
