Trip Type

Day cruise, sunset, multi-day, or private event? If multi-day, are you targeting Lombok, Moyo, Sumbawa, Komodo, or open to suggestions? Helps us narrow vessel options instantly.

Date Window

Specific dates or a window? “March 5–12” is great. “March anytime” also works — we’ll send you the best vessel availability across the month.

Group Size

Total guests + how many cabins needed (couples typically share, friends sometimes don’t). Vessels are sized 4-cabin, 5-cabin, 6-cabin, etc. — your group size dictates options.

Rough Budget

“Under USD 5K” or “open to luxury options” — both are useful. We don’t price-shop; we match. A budget signal lets us send the right tier of vessel from the start.

Special Needs

Diving certifications, dietary restrictions, mobility considerations, kids ages, photography requests, anniversary surprises. All accommodated; just helpful to know up front.

Where You’re Staying

For day cruises and short charters, knowing which area of Bali you’re in (Seminyak, Ubud, Uluwatu) helps us pre-plan transfer logistics and recommend departure times.

Where We’re Based

Our planning office is in Sanur, Bali — a 25-minute drive from Benoa Harbor. Most planning happens remotely; the office is mostly used for in-person vessel-tour meetings with serious-buyer guests.

Sanur Office

By appointment only. Tuesday–Friday, 10am–5pm. Useful if you want to: see vessel sample cabins (we have photo books and 3D walkthroughs), meet our captain partners in person before chartering, or discuss event logistics for large parties.

Benoa Harbor

Where the boats actually live. We can arrange dock visits with 24 hours notice when a vessel is in port. Most multi-day charter clients do a dock walkthrough the morning of departure as part of the standard onboarding.

Remote Planning

95% of our charter bookings are planned entirely over WhatsApp or email. Indonesian clients tend to pop in to the Sanur office; international clients prefer remote and almost never visit before sailing. Both work.

All our planners are bilingual at minimum. Vessel hosts on charter are English-fluent. We’ve operated trips in 8 languages across our 800+ charter history.


Always Available

Indonesian, English. Both planners speak both fluently. All written contracts and itineraries are produced in English unless requested otherwise. Standard quote turnaround applies.

Available with Routing

Mandarin, Japanese. Wayan handles Mandarin; Putu handles Japanese. Response times match standard SLAs. Contracts in English with translated cover-page summary on request.

Charter Hosts (on-board)

English-speaking on every vessel. Some hosts also speak French, German, Italian, or Spanish — if this matters, mention it in your initial inquiry and we will match you to a host accordingly.

+6 to +8 hours behind Bali. Send messages in your evening — replies waiting when you wake. Voice/video calls best at 13:00–17:00 your time.

Americas

+12 to +15 hours behind Bali. Send overnight, reply by your morning. Most US/Canada bookings are async via email + 1 quick video call.
